Enter productivity rates, labor rates, material unit pricing, equipment and subcontractor costs. Totals for each will automatically calculate. Sales tax of 7 % is automatically added as well as the cost for GC’s. Enter your desired mark-up percentage for overhead and profit. The total bid price will calculate for your customer pricing.
