Masonry Estimating Bid Spreadsheet

This spreadsheet was designed to estimate bid packages for concrete masonry units (block) and brick work. Simply enter the wall length and height. The block and brick quantities will automatically calculate. Enter productivity rates, labor rates, material unit pricing, equipment and subcontractor costs. Next, enter all quantities for masonry accessories, mortar and sand. The totals will automatically calculate, including manhours, supervision, GC’s, sales tax and overhead & profit.
